Megan McAngus was fortunate to begin her training in Pilates at the age of 20 with Master Instructor Chris Rhoades, while attending college in San Antonio.  Her personal Pilates practice continued for 16 years until she pursued her Comprehensive Pilates Certification with Balanced Body in 2018.   During her own wellness journey, Megan found a deep passion for the profound healing effects of Pilates and is now focused on sharing this knowledge with her clients.  Through her teaching, Megan strives to create a personalized program that will guide each student toward a balance of strength, length, ease and awareness within their body.  Warmly welcoming people with various fitness levels or challenges, she strongly believes that this versatile practice can transform your body, mind, and life as it has her own.  Megan’s clients enjoy her warm smile, calming voice, and thoughtfully planned and effective sessions.
